RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with OUR LUXURYWIG product(s) you have purchased, please contact first at our direct message (dm) or [email protected] we will do our best to help you solve any complaints or problems you may have encountered.

Products supplied by TOKS EXPRESS HAIR will be accepted for EXCHANGE only under the following circumstances:

Unit must be returned within 7 days of receiving the original order if the issue is weight, hairstyle, density, quality, length.


CUSTOM COLORED HAIR DO NOT TAKE PART IN THIS POLICY AS ITS ALREADY COLORED BY CUSTOMER DEMAND.
An Invoice number and the exact date when the items was received must be provided.
Any product returned that do not meet our Exchange Criteria will not be accepted.
